Major carpark changes have been announced to help meet 'Hexham's parking needs'.
Northumberland County Council (NCC) has announced that they will be changing the parking arrangements in Hexham Town Centre following a commissioned a study put together in 2017.

Husband and wife team John and Linda Short, of John's Hairdressers, Prudhoe, are retiring after 40 years at six Front Street.
3) Tyne Green hosted travelling community over Jubilee weekend
REPORTS of litter and mess have been made by Hexham residents, who claim members of the travelling community left Hexham's Tyne Green in a 'dreadful state'.

An author celebrates the release of his first book in his hometown.
5)Education secretary Nadhim Zahawi visits Hexham schools
Nadhim Zahawi visited Queen Elizabeth High School and Hexham Middle School to officially open the new school buildings on Thursday (June 9).
