TRAIN stations have been ranked across Tynedale according to their passenger numbers.
The latest figures from the website On Time Trains revealed the business of stations based on an average daily passenger count.
Hexham topped Tynedale's charts with 932 passengers per day, while Corbridge had an average of 153 passengers.
At the lower end of the passenger count spectrum, Bardon Mill had just 23 passengers per day and Brampton's station had 28 on average.

Here are Tynedale's train stations ranked from busiest to quietest.
1 Hexham
Hexham's station had 932 daily passengers, according to the figures.
2 Metro Centre
Although the Metro Centre is technically in Gateshead, at least some commuters are likely to travel from Hexham to the Metro every day, which is why we included it in this list.
This station sees an average of 879 daily passengers.
3 Prudhoe
Prudhoe's station has an average of 367 passengers every day.
4 Wylam
Wylam lands next on the list, with 233 passengers every day.
5 Haltwhistle
An average of 211 passengers pass through Haltwhistle's station every day.
6 Corbridge
The total number of passengers travelling through Corbridge's station tops 153 on average every day.
7 Blaydon
Daily passengers reach 121 on average.
8 Stocksfield and Haydon Bridge
Both stations had an average of 107 passengers per day.
9 Wetheral
At the end of the Tyne Valley line is Wetheral train station, which has an average of 85 passengers per day.
10 Dunston
Dunston sees an average of 68 passengers every day.
11 Riding Mill
67 passengers per day travel through Riding Mill.
12 Brampton
This station sees 28 passengers on average.
13 Bardon Mill
23 passengers on average travel through Bardon Mill, making it the quietest train station in Tynedale and on the Tyne Valley line.
