A CONTEMPORARY theatre performance will showcase the talent of young people at venues across the UK.
Flux is a show devised and performed by Mortal Fools Ensemble Young Company, which is based in Prudhoe and Ashington.
Ensemble Young Company is a dedicated youth theatre group for people aged 13 to 19.
It showcases an original soundtrack, bold set design, and the talent, insights and lived experience of young people, and will be performed in Ashington, Burnley and Whitby Park from April 1 until April 5.

12 unique young voices come together on stage, to explore what it means to question your identity in a world that feels determined to put you in a box.
Mortal Fools creative producer and Flux director Helen Ferguson said: "Flux is a big and exciting piece of theatre that presents young people’s stories in their way.
"It’s full of funny relatable characters, engaging stories, beautiful visuals, and brilliant original music and songs, all devised by our Ensemble cast and team of professional creatives.
"Flux is a show about young people resisting the pressure to fit into a neat little box, and everyone learning to accept their honest, complicated selves. This is the perfect chance to see an accessible and high-quality performance that showcases the creativity and talents of young people and offers a new perspective."
