A Northumberland restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
The old-fashioned sweet and coffee shop, Emma's Coffee and Sweets, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Market Place, Allendale, Northumberland was given the score after assessment on December 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Northumberland's 639 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 555 (87 per cent) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
