PETROL prices are not forecast to change, according to the latest data from RAC Fuel Watch published on Thursday.

Fuel Watch is the RAC's petrol and diesel price monitoring initiative, which helps ensure retailers are charging drivers a fair price at forecourts.

The initiative monitors both wholesale and retail fuel prices daily, including those at the UK's supermarkets - Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.

According to Fuel Watch, the latest UK average petrol and diesel prices in pence per litre is unleaded at 165.73 and super unleaded at 179.35, both of which are not forecast to change.

Diesel stands at 190.16 pence per litre which according to Fuel Watch is likely to rise, and liquid petroleum gas (LPG) is at 83.93.

These prices are the latest average petrol, diesel and LPG prices across supermarket and independent forecourts in the UK, and are updated daily where data is available.
