A motorbike ride raised a substantial amount for a good cause.
Leader of 'Haltwhistle City' Distinguished Gentleman (DGR) motorbike ride Richard McDonald and 11 riders have managed to raise £2,500 for Movember charity for men's mental health and prostate cancer.
The riders dressed up in old-fashioned 'distinguished clothes' and bared all weather on the journey.

Richard said: "It was my third year of riding the DGR, the first with my daughter Fleur, the second with Bea and Sean from Halton Lea Gate, but this time I set up the "Haltwhistle City" Ride for the first time.
"This year the ride had more meaning to me than the two previous years, as my brother was diagnosed with prostate cancer and is currently being treated.
"He also is a biker and also has a triumph like me.
"We had 10 classic style motorbikes with 11 dapper folk on them.
"Our run took us from the Wallace Arms, Featherstone to Haltwhistle, Military Road, Haydon Bridge, Allendale - where we stopped for teas, coffees, and a snack.
"We then traveled to Whitfield, Coanwood, and returned to the Wallace Arms.
"Two Motorcycles came from as far as Kendal in Cumbria to take part.
"A good time was had by all even though we got caught out a little by poor weather on the home run but dried out quickly by the roaring fire at the pub."
