BANK Holiday Monday will mark the fourth year of the annual Stamfordham Village Fair, which was revived in 2016 after 30 years of absence.

Proceedings from the grand raffle will help raise funds for Stamfordham Primary School, Stamfordham Village Hall and St. Mary’s Church Development.

Entertainment on the day will be provided by Hexham Brass Band whilst the Fun Dog Show is expected to draw in crowds. Classes this year include: most handsome dog, best junior handler and best puppy.

The fair takes places between 1pm and 4pm on Monday, August 26.
