George Devine, an off-spinner from Christchurch, said: “Stamfordham CC is an absolutely great club to be involved with & I cannot be more excited to show this to other players who have made the journey over to the UK.”
Stamfordham has hosted international teams including The Crickockers Club from India in 2021, and teams from the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Ireland.
Dr Greig Taylor, secretary at the club, said: “Hosting an event like this with cricketers from across the globe highlights the multicultural & forward thinking nature we have at Stamfordham CC.
"We want to ensure local cricket here in Northumberland remains enriched with international players.
"We’ve a long tradition of having a multicultural squad & this game will celebrate that in abundance."
