Several junior rugby teams competed in a prestigious tournament last weekend at Kingston Park.
Sides including Ponteland, Tynedale and Corbridge all competed in the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup, which saw Under-11 and Under-12 teams take part.
Designed to help improve their rugby skills, the competition was part of a national series of events organised by Land Rover which has seen over 100,000 children take part so far over two decades.
The events in the past have also seen a number of youngsters begin their careers on their way to playing for a number of Premiership sides.
