PRESTON North End midfielder Brad Potts believes his side deserved something from their performance at Fulham, despite losing 2-0.

The Wark footballer, who joined the Lilywhites in January 2019, started Saturday’s game at Craven Cottage and was prominent during a positive first half display from Preston.

He said: “We had to score when we were on top. I think in the first half we played well and had a good few chances.

“I had a couple and it is disappointing not to score, because I think if we had, it would have changed the game. We have to take the positives from the game.”
