Basement side Mickley Social Club won for the first time as Andy Finnie starred in front of goal.

The man of the match helped himself to three goals to inspire the hosts’ 6-3 triumph over Riding Mill, the hat-trick hero joined on the scoresheet by Lee Farmer, Bryan Gilmour and Stefan Rainbow. Dale Graham scored twice for Mill and Joe Mack got the other, while Owen Graham was named star man.

Five goals from man of the match Daniel Walker guided Heddon St Andrew’s to a comfortable 7-2 victory over Haltwhistle Railway. He was joined on the scoresheet by teammates Jordan Carling and Will Hedley.

Haltwhistle were well below their best and only had goals from star man Jack Barker and Paul Wilson as consolation.

Goals from Alex Skelton and Sam Metcalf, and a man of the match display from Owen Lee, saw Crawcrook Fox and Hounds edge out Hexham Phoenix 2-1. Luke Parkinson hit a second half penalty for Hexham, who had goalkeeper Nathan Byerley in impressive form.

A double from Rob Hayes and singles from Dan Kirkup and Jamie Ellwood saw leaders Bardon Mill Bowes Lyons to a 4-1 victory over Prudhoe Town, who had taken the lead through Brandon Smith. Thomas Wilkie starred for Mill, with Town goalkeeper Ryan Chambers also catching the eye.

Wylam Black Bull were in goal scoring mood in Division Two as they defeated Hexhamshire 5-2. Sam Mannion scored two and Jordan Phillips, Sam Beedle and Nathan Moore one each, with Shire’s man of the match Joe Shepherd and Jordan Dodwell getting the visitors’ goals.

Doubles from Kieran Robley and Aaron Hardy helped Haydon Bridge Social Club to a convincing 6-0 victory over Ponteland Cairn Group Hotel, who were best served by Ian Armstrong. Owen Hogg and Steven Kirsopp also registered for Bridge, who had Matthew Pegg in impressive form.

Star man Jack Henderson hit a treble as leaders Crawcrook Social Club defeated Hexham Hearts 7-1. David Mitchell scored a brace, and Adam Taylor and Ross Thompson also netted. For Hearts, Ryan Morris found the back of the net and Nathan Drury was named man of the match.

Two goals from man of the match Jamie Noutch, and singles from Kevin Brown and Hamish Forsyth, saw Barrasford defeat Crawcrook Rising Sun 4-0. Daryl Scott impressed for the away side.

During a star performance, Martin Smith scored three as Ryton hit double figures in their 12-1 demolition of Stamfordham United. Craig Stobbs, Jordan Watson and Kieron Priestley all scored two, with Carl Parry, Taylor Havery and Anthony Scott also registering. Liam Rutherford netted for Stamfordham, while Lewis Swaile was man of the match.
