TWINS Owen and Dale Graham got the goals which helped Riding Mill to a point in an entertaining 3-3 with Haltwhistle Railway in Division One of the Hexham and District Sunday League.

With man of the match Owen scoring twice and Dale getting the other, Mill picked up just their second point of the campaign against a side yet to be beaten in the league.

For Haltwhistle, who moved to within a point of top spot, man of the match Jack Barker scored twice and Aaron Davidson also netted.

Ryton closed the gap on Division Two leaders Crawcrook Social Club to two points after they defeated rivals Crawcrook Rising Sun 4-1.

Liam Goodwin, Jada James, Martin Smith and Michael Oliver all nettted and Taylor Havery was man of the match, with Crawcrook's star man Lewis March hitting their consolation.

Man of the match Liam Anderson and Will Forsyth both scored four goals as Wark defeated Stamfordham United 10-2. Andy Hall also registered, while an own goal went in their favour.

Karl Hunter and Liam Wilkinson netted for Stamfordham, who were best served by Ross Hunter.

Dan Kirkup hit a hat-trick during a man of the match display for Bardon Mill in their 5-1 victory over Mickley Social Club in the Pickworth Cup. Thomas Wilkie and Rob Hayes got the other goals, with Mickley's man of the match Scott Fothergill getting their goal.

A double from star man James Percival was consolation for Division Two side Hexhamshire as they lost 5-2 to Division One's Heddon St Andrew's. Will Hedley scored twice for Heddon, with man of the match Dan Walker, Ross Bailey and Sean Hownam also registering.

Two goals from Abtin Zafarani and a star display from Sean Heads was not enough for Ponteland Cairn Group Hotel as they lost by the same margin to Division One leaders Crawcrook Fox and Hounds, who had Rory O'Hagan on the scoresheet twice. Man of the match Lewis Eagle, Brad Carey and Lee Peacock all found the back of the net too.
