TYNEDALE U15 joined their senior counterparts in Peterborough last weekend.
They took part in a short rugby tour, and were also present at Bretton Woods to cheer on the first XV to victory against Peterborough Lions.
Meanwhile, three Tynedale youngsters have been selected for the Newcastle Falcons academy. Toby Ferguson, Henry Aitkenhead and Spike Patton will join up with the falcons U15 academy squad.
A Tynedale RFC spokesman said: “Many congratulations to Toby, Henry and Spike. We wish the boys every success with the academy. Well done to all three on their great achievement.”
Tynedale’s Oscar Caudle (18), came on as a second half substitute against Peterborough Lions on Saturday. Caudle has developed his rugby as part of the Falcons academy for the past four years.
