HALTWHISTLE Jubilee continued their impressive season with a 2-0 win over Ponteland United Reserves to book their place in the sem-finals of the Tyneside Amateur Shield.
Their performance in the victory, which came courtesty of goals from Mark Robson and Jack Barker, saw the Jubes named Team of the Week.
Tynedale Harrier Louise Smith returned to long jump action after a two-year absence due to injury.
She jumped a remarkable personal best 5.03m to earn a silver medal in the U20 women category at the North East Indoor Championships at Gateshead.
Her performance saw Louise named Star of the Week.
