STOCKSFIELD'S Chris Paisley secured a top 10 finish at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa.
The 32-year-old carded a final round 67 on Sunday to finish the tournament on four-under par, which earned him a tie for ninth place, alongside South African Darren Fichardt.
Paisley's high finish moved him up to 52nd in the coveted Race To Dubai standings. He is therefore expected to line-up at the World Tour Championship in Dubai, which gets under way on Thursday.
The star-studded Nedbank Golf Challenge was won by Englishman Lee Westwood, who represents Heddon-on-the-Wall club Close House as touring professional, on 14-under par.
Second was Spaniard Sergio Garcia on 12-under par, with South African Louis Oosthuizen, a stroke further behind on 11-under.
