ON Sunday, June 21, from 11am until 4pm, there’ll be Music in the Park, plus by a fabulous buffet.
Elevenses will be followed by hot or cold lunches of ham, coronation chicken, salmon in dill sauce, quiche, corned beef pie, new potatoes and salads, with cream teas served mid afternoon.
Bring your picnic rug and you can dine al fresco.
Weather permitting, music will mostly be played outdoors. The full programme includes the harp, a string quartet, keyboards, choral, folk, pop, soloists, circle dancers and acoustic band Fool’s Gold.
TAIZE for Tynedale will be meeting at 5pm on Sunday, June 21, following Music in the Park.
Songs, readings and a time of silence, plus reflective worship can be enjoyed in the Methodist Chapel followed by a “bring and share” supper at 1 Ford Terrace.
