TRAFFIC lights will be in place along a stretch of road in a Northumberland town for more than four months.
Northern Gas Networks will conduct works along the full stretch of Cheviot View, Ponteland, for approximately 20 weeks, starting from Monday, May 11.
New gas mains pipes are being laid, meaning traffic lights will be in place while work is ongoing.
Drivers are advised to find alternative routes if possible during this period.
