Police are still searching for a missing man.
Jess, 44, from near Haltwhistle, was last seen in Greenhaugh, close to Bellingham, on the morning of March 9, and was reported missing on March 16.
Northumbria Police have carried out extensive enquiries and are now releasing new images of Jess with his family's permission as part of a renewed public appeal.
Detective Inspector Nick Went, from the force’s Missing Investigation team, said: "We'd like to thank everyone who has so far provided information towards our investigation to locate Jess.
"It is much appreciated by ourselves and his family.
"Our search for Jess remains ongoing and we'd encourage anyone who may have details of where he may be – no matter how small or insignificant they feel it is – to get in touch.
"Your information could prove vital in helping us trace him.”
Jess is believed to have been in Edinburgh before he was reported missing.
Officers have not ruled out the possibility that he may have returned to Scotland.
He is described as a white man, 5 ft 11 in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
