A pop-up chippy is set to open within a rural Northumberland hotel.
The new Bellingham Chippy will open at the end of October within the existing Cheviot Hotel and pub in Bellingham.
Jake Castleman, owner and operator of The Cheviot, will run the new business out of the pub as a temporary site with the future intention of making it a permanent fixture in the village.
The Cheviot blends 'traditional warmth with modern comfort', offering homely rooms and a hospitable welcome at its bar.
It will continue to offer its daily menu and specials as usual, while The Bellingham Chippy will be a collection-only service and operate on a takeaway menu.
Jake manages The Curious Group, a small collection of pubs, restaurants and hotels in Northumberland.

The Bellingham Chippy will bring affordable fish and chip shop fare to the area, including classic haddock and chips, battered sausage and haggis.
Jake said: "It makes sense for us to open in Bellingham due to already operating there and feel the village and surrounding villages are looking forward to having this chippy at their convenience."
He added they have had 'lots of great feedback', showing a 'real demand' for a classic chippy, which locals are looking forward to.
"It'll fill the void of the fantastic chippy that was once in the village. An affordable, fantastic quality chippy is exactly what the locals have been crying out for for some time.
"We're really excited to be bringing a fantastic quality chippy offering to Bellingham, and if this 'pilot' as such works well, we'll be opening seven days a week with some fantastic deals through the week to support families in providing an affordable, hearty meal."
The Bellingham Chippy will officially begin trading on October 31. Opening times will be from noon to 2.30pm, and from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
