A football club donated 100 tins to the West Northumberland Food Bank.
Craig Stanners, manager of Haydon Bridge Ladies Football Club, recently started a weekly tinned collection for the food bank, which is based in Hexham but covers the whole of West Northumberland.
"This is my first year in charge of the team and in the last club I managed this is what we did," he said.

The club donated 100 assorted food tins to the food bank plus some selection boxes on December 9.
