An art group's annual show will feature an internationally renowned illustrator.
Heddon-on-the-Wall Art Group will present its annual exhibition in the village's Women's Institute Hall on Towne Gate on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6.
The main event will take place on Saturday from 11am to 4pm, showcasing a wide range of original art by artists from the area.
Refreshments will be available all day, and a raffle will be held in aid of Tynedale Hospice At Home.
Visitors can vote for their favourite picture, with the winning artist receiving a Rose Bowl.
Last year, Carl Stewart won with his image of Cemaes Bay in Wales.
This year, the group will host Mike Giblin, an internationally renowned illustrator, who will offer visitors the chance to sit for personalised caricatures between 12pm and 2pm.
On Sunday, from 11am to 3pm, the exhibition will be more relaxed, with another opportunity to view the artwork.
Some pieces will be available for purchase over the weekend.
The art group, which has been in existence for over 50 years, boasts more than 20 members from in and around Heddon-on-the-Wall.
The exhibition is a chance to appreciate the range of artistic talent in the area.
