A ROAD has been fully opened after a vehicle crashed into a hedge.

Police were alerted to the one-vehicle incident on the B6320 near Humshaugh before 9.30am this morning (March 14).

After arriving on the scene, it was found that no one was injured.

The vehicle has now been recovered and it is now fully opened.

A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “Just before 9.30am today (Thursday), we received a report of a one-vehicle collision on the B6320 in Hexham, Northumberland.

"It was reported that the vehicle had collided with a hedge.

"Officers attended the scene and no one was reported to have been injured in the incident. 

"The vehicle has since been recovered and the road is fully open."
