Residents of the north east can fly to Amsterdam for under £30 when easyJet restarts its Newcastle service later this year.

easyJet recently announced that it will re-start its route from Newcastle International Airport to Amsterdam, giving travellers from North East more choice and affordable options.

The flights, which are available for booking now at easyJet.com with prices starting from £27.99, start on September 5, 2024, operating twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays all year round.

The airline's holiday wing, easyJet holidays is also providing package holidays on this new route.

easyJet's UK country manager, Ali Gayward said: "We're delighted to be offering this service from Newcastle to Amsterdam with new package holidays, adding more great value connectivity for customers in the North of England and providing even more choice whether they are booking their next city break or travelling for business, and we look forward to welcoming more customers onboard."
