The Royal Horticultural Society is asking garden enthusiasts to vote in the "feel good" themed RHS Partner Garden of the Year competition.

Last year's winner for north of England and Northern Ireland was Holehird Gardens overlooking Windermere.

Anyone is able to vote in the competition, which is now in its fourth year, by visiting www.rhs.org.uk/pgoty.

The charity's 600,000 members have free access to 220 gardens in the UK and abroad as part of the RHS Partner Garden scheme.

Voting runs from 10am on April 10 to 12pm on September 27.

All voters are entered into a draw for tickets to RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival in 2025 as well as a luxury two-night stay near the showground.

RHS Partner Garden manager Helen Feary said: “Visiting a garden brings so much joy to so many people and it’s wonderful to be able to give people the chance to vote for their favourite ‘feel good’ garden from among the 220 RHS Partner Gardens."
