North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) has unveiled its new website, displaying a fresh design built for public-facing communications.
Users are treated to a more interactive and user-friendly experience, including a 360 virtual tour of NEAS's Fiat ambulances, coupled with a dedicated recruitment portal.
The new platform showcases NEAS's commitment to providing 'timely, accessible and high-quality information' about its services and career opportunities.

Assistant director of communications and engagement at NEAS, Mark Cotton said: "Our website regularly receives more than 25,000 unique visitors every month, totalling more than 65,000 page views between them, and we expect this to rise with the new functionality and improved accessibility.
“Information about how to use our services should be readily available to all members of the public, and we wanted to make sure that we tailored the information so that it’s accessible to people who need it in a different format.”
The design includes additional resources including the integration of ReciteMe and a British Sign Language (BSL) button at the top of the page.
Mr Cotton said: “This website demonstrates our commitment to public health by providing the public with accurate and reliable information with accessibility at the heart of the design. This platform also reinforces our mission to deliver safe, effective and responsive care for all.”
