A WEATHER warning has been issued by the MET office as the UK is hit by another storm.
Hexham residents have been told to be extra careful over the next few days after many flood warnings, strong winds, and heavy rain warnings have been issued as Storm Debi hits the North East.
Today, there will be persistent and heavy rain through the morning, accompanied by very strong winds or gales.
There will also be some scattered, heavy blustery showers and strong winds with gales possible over hills in the afternoon, and some drier interludes later with winds easing. The maximum temperature is 10 °C.
