World-renowned magician and West End star Ben Hart is set to return with his most personal show yet, titled Jadoo.

The show, which sheds Hart's usual sleight of hand trickery in favour of 'stunning displays of wonderment and extra-sensory power', will be held at Queen Hall Arts in Hexham on November 2.

With Jadoo, Hart draws from his experience traveling India to discover 'lost, real magic'.

The show promises to be rich in 'colour, passion, and wicked humour', making it a must-see for fans of magic and entertainment.

Prior to the Hexham show, Hart will premiere Jadoo at the Palais du Variete Spiegeltent as part of Assembly's Edinburgh Fringe Festival offering.

Hart, a Britain's Got Talent finalist, has appeared on numerous TV series, including NBC's America's Got Talent: The Champions and BBC's The One Show and Pure Magic.

He has captivated audiences with his previous tours, including the 2019 'Wonder' tour and his performances at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2022.

For Jadoo, Hart will explore the very essence of magic, moving away from the 'glitz' and 'sparkle' often associated with modern-day magic shows.

Instead, he aims to present a 'thought-provoking story' woven with 'magical and impossible happenings', inspired by traditional Indian street magic and his own imagination.

During his time in India, Hart worked with and learned from traditional street performers.

Jadoo will be a retelling of the stories and experiences he encountered during his travels.

As a magician and magic theatre maker, Hart's focus on his heritage, with a father who was born in India, adds a personal touch to the show.

Hart expressed his excitement about sharing his magic with audiences across the country, stating that this show is his best work to date.

"It is funny, a little bit dark and very baffling," said Ben. "I’ve wanted to share these ideas for a long time but recent years made that tricky.

"Finally, I’m able to present this all-new show to as many cities as my schedule allows!

"It’s a magic show unlike any you’ve seen before and I can guarantee it will amaze, amuse and fill you with wonder.”
