PEOPLE will open up their gardens in memory of a woman who died last year.
Sixty-three-year-old Sharon Lamb died on May 19, 2022 aged 63.
Wylam Garden Walk will run from 10.30am-4.30pm on June 3.
Sharon helped organise the annual event for many years pre Covid and regularly spent time in her own garden - featured in this year's walk.
As part of the charity event, benefiting Crisis Newcastle, ten other interesting and unique gardens will be on show, as well as the allotments and nature reserve, where there will be a guided walk at 2.30pm.
Programmes are £5pp and are available to buy on the day from the car park by the war memorial. A limited number are also available from Stobos fruit and veg shop.
Also as part of the event, there will be a plant sale and raffle and Prudhoe Community Band will play in Wylam Insitute gardens.
A ceilidh will also be held in the evening with music by Paying the Price - of which Sharon's husband David forms a part - and PCB Ceilidh Band.
Tickets for the ceilidh at the Institute from 7.30pm are £18pp and include supper.
