PUBLIC toilets at one of Hexham's beauty spots are closed.

The toilets at Tyne Green have been temporarily closed.

It comes after a number of cubicles have become blocked.

A spokeswoman for Northumberland County Council said: "We have someone on-site clearing the blockage and anticipate that they will be reopened later today (April 3).
