A PUBLIC meeting on the subject of levelling up has been rescheduled.
The Labour North of Tyne Mayor Jamie Driscoll was due to speak at a public meeting in Hexham in September, but the event was postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
It will now take place on Monday, November 14 at 7pm at St Mary's Church Hall, Hencotes.

Metro Mayors are directly elected by people in their area, and chair their region's Combined Authority.
Mr Driscoll was elected the first Metro Mayor of North of Tyne in May 2019.
