"We're bespoke and very careful to be sure we're doing exactly what the client wants", said owner Heather Hughes.

"We're very involved with the client and their family - if that's what the client wants - to try and give them an even better service and more of what they would like."

Regular quality checks are completed by the company as well as a yearly survey to improve client experience.

Heather added: "We think we offer a great service, we do think we offer the best service that is available. We're very person-centred.

"We've got some fantastic people working for us, very dedicated, very caring.

"We also tend to send the same care pro as much as we possibly can, it builds up a relationship, friendship and trust which is so important for the person to really enjoy their life."

Staff provide companionship, practical help and personal care.

And care pros and clients are carefully matched to one another - where possible - to ensure the best experience.

"We have some care pros who are quite loud and they won't suit everyone and some really quiet, we tailor the care pro to the client", said Heather. "We know our clients really well.

"Most clients have daughters or sons who are quite involved in their lives but can't be there all the time."

The company has now launched a recruitment drive to tackle falling numbers in the care sector.

Anyone interested in a position in the industry should get in touch, Heather said: "They don't have to have had previous experience at all, but someone who is caring, someone who is interested in older people and wants to help. Someone who is quite chatty, friendly."

The company takes on workers of any age providing they are suitable for the job.
