A charity event organiser is thanking many for their support as he celebrates one of the 'biggest and most successful' charity dog fundraisers 'ever'.
RETIRED Police Officer, a professional gundog trainer, and working dog breeder Frank Geraghty was 'thrilled' with the response and monies raised for Cancer UK at his annual Charity Gundog charity event at Blacklot,Spartylea in Allenheads.
"I'm very pleased to say that we raised £1900 pounds for Cancer Research UK," Frank said.
"We had 38 entries for the charity event, which made it our biggest and most successful Charity Gundog Event yet.

"I would like to say a big thank you to all the helpers and our judges.
"A special big thank you must go to our special friend Heather C Mayes! We couldn't have done the weekend without her."
Frank adds: "We are having next year off as we have a family celebration next July, so two big events would just be too much."
