POWER: Two EV charges installed at Prudhoe WaterWorld
Two EV charges to be installed in leisure centre carpark.
Waterworld on Front St, in Prudhoe is the lastest to receieve EV chargers in the Northumberland.
They are part of the Northumberland County Councils bid to reducing emmissions.
County Cllr Gordon Stewart said:"I am delighted to see the EV charging points being installed, these are close to the town centre therefore supporting local business, and in the grounds of waterworld which will support leisure and tourism’
He added: "Northumberland County Council is committed to reacting to the climate change challenge and giving drivers a further option for their vehicle choice’.
