A NURSE from Hexham has admitted 'altering a medication administration chart to keep his job and avoid disciplinary action'.
David Hamilton (62), of Anick View, pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation at Newcastle Crown Court on Wednesday, June 1.
He committed the offence between March 11 and March 23 2021 at Kenton in Newcastle.
Hamilton will be sentenced at the same court on July 21.
