A 'SUSPICIOUS' man was attempting to sell items at doorsteps before turning aggresive, police have said.
Shortly after 8pm on Monday, Northumbria Police received reports of a man acting suspiciously in the Stocksfield area.
It was reported that he knocked on a number of doors trying to sell items, before turning aggressive and intimidating residents.
A spokesman said: “Officers are aware of the incidents and enquiries are ongoing to trace all parties involved.”
