Former Hexham Racecourse owner and Major to host charity luncheon to celebrate Queen's Jubilee. 

Major Charles Enderby is to host a special charity two-course luncheon at the Beaumont Hotel on Tuesday, May 31 at 12 noon to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Major Enderby was the previous owner of Hexham Racecourse and a Tynedale magistrate and Parish Councillor but also was in Queen’s Body Guard for 22 years which guests will be able to enjoy hearing firsthand at the event.

Major Enderby said: “I am honored to host such a special event for Tynedale Hospice at Home and share my experience serving the Queen. This event is open to everyone in the Tynedale community including those that have an interest in the historic Royal Body Guard.”

Cathy Bates, Fundraising Manager of Tynedale Hospice at Home, adds: “We are really looking forward to this special Jubilee event.

"Charles is a great supporter and advocates for the Hospice and we hope to attract a good audience to celebrate this special occasion with all proceeds supporting people in our community who benefit from our care services.”
