A PRUDHOE man has taken the top prize for the North-East in this year's national Heating Installer Awards.
Craig started in the industry in 1989 and later went on to create his company Craig Gilhome Heating and Plumbing in 2004.
Offering a range of different services for customers, he also focuses on design and specification of bespoke new builds and renewable projects.
Craig will now go through to the national final. He said: “It’s a real honour to have been chosen as the regional winner in the North-East. There are a lot of talented installers out there so this means a lot to me.

Robert Westall. of RGW Plumbing and Heating, was awarded Highly Commended for the North-East. He will now also move forward into the national final with Craig.
Finalists can be voted for on the Heating Installer Awards website. Voting closes on May 23.
The winner will be announced on June 22 at Installer2022, the UK’s national plumbing and heating show.
