A concert for the Queen's Jubilee will be held at Hexham Abbey.
Hexham Rotary club have organised,what they hope to be, a 'wonderful and enjoyable' evening for the Queen's Jubilee on May 27.
The event will start at 7 p.m and tickets are now on sale at the Queen’s Hall Booking Office in Hexham.
Prices are £15 each and £5 for Students and under 18’s.
One of the Rotarian's of the club, Brian Massey said: "My hexham Rotary club was anxious to arrange a really memorable Celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee for the people of Hexham and Tynedale involving as many folk as possible.
"The proposed musical Concert at the Abbey, presented by Sir Brendan Foster, includes a large number of very talented musicians offering a wide diversity of music. It should be a wonderful and enjoyable evening with the proceeds going to two very worthwhile causes."
