A CHURCH will host a spring concert on Saturday, April 2.
St Andrews Church, Corbridge, will host a concert of a capella music from 7pm.
Sage Gateshead Chamber Choir will perform new interpretations of old favourites, such as Purcell's Hear My Prayer, reimagined by Chilcott.
The choir, made up of 40 singers, has toured Amsterdam, Prague, Krakow, and Barcelona.
Pieces by Britten and Byrd celebrating the two Queen Elizabeths, and by Finzi, Gjeilo, Lotti, and Parry will also be played.
Tickets are £10 and can be bought on the door or from Forum Books in Corbridge.
