Police investigated 'potential burglary' at a former school building site.
At 9:20 pm on Friday, 18 February, Police had been called to the scene of an incident at the former First Academy in Haltwhistle.
It was reported that a 'potential burglary' had happened at the school but when officers searched the area, it was found that only a window had been smashed and nothing was taken.
A force spokeswoman said: "Shortly after 9.20 pm on February 18, police received a report of a potential burglary at the former Academy in Haltwhistle after a window had been found smashed.
"Officers attended the scene however found no one inside the premises and nothing is believed to have been taken."
