Hexham welcomes hundreds to its Christmas market.
The festive spirit was in the air on 11 December, as hundreds of residents and visitors were drawn to the town's Christmas market.
Rachel Ladd, communications and marketing manager at Hexham Community Partnership said; "We are thrilled with how our Christmas Market went on Saturday.
"Together with the Abbey Fair and Farmers' Market, plus late-night shopping in town, it made for a wonderful atmosphere and the town was buzzing.
"We even had a visit from a lovely gang of biking Santas who gave a pop-up performance on the pipes and drums. We are so pleased to be able to hold events again and to help Hexham celebrate Christmas."
Mayor of Hexham, Derek Kennedy also said: "It was amazing to see everyone with smiles on their faces but also supporting local businesses not just at the Christmas market but also the Farmers Markets."
