A CHRISTMAS gift and craft fair has raised funds for Prudhoe Parish Church.
The event, held at Prudhoe Parish Hall, was well attended and had 12 tables of goods from sellers including: Usborne Books, Knitted up North, Rustic Luxe, Hayley’s Home Essentials and Patchers. Local crafters also sold seasonal decorations and handmade jewellery.
There was a charity table raising funds for Cancer Research as well as cakes and teas.
Organiser Carol Reed said: “We normally have a full on Christmas fair every year but decided to have something smaller due to Covid to test the water with attendance.
“We might try and have fairs during the spring or summer next year.”
Carol was supported by Anne Bolam, Viv Foster, Joan Russell, Christine Shorthand, Moira Elliot and Chris Minton.
