Reflecting on the last 18 months, Matt said: "The past 18 months have certainly been different, but I feel we have adapted well. Luckily we have an online store, so we shipped a lot of beer all over the UK.

"This meant we could experiment with a larger variety of beers as we now brew for a national audience, 2020 was our busiest year to date!"

Twice Brewed Brew House has been open since July 2017, Matt Brown who took over the role of the head brewer in 2019 said: "The past two years and a half have certainly been different, but i think it shows that we can adapt."
