POLICE: Van on fire
A VAN was on fire at an address in a Tynedale town.
At 8.14pm on October 5 (Tuesday), a transit van was well alight on Biverfield Road, West Wylam, Prudhoe.
Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service confirmed a fire engine from Prudhoe attended.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson added: "At around 9.10pm, officers attended the scene where firefighters had extinguished the blaze.
"No further police action was required."
