PETROL stations in Tynedale are coping well amid the 'fuel crisis'.
Hexham garages are reporting no problems with fuel supply.
It comes as the army is due to drafted in today (Monday) across the country to help ease pressure at the forecourts.
Shell, Haugh Lane, said it had both diesel and petrol and a £35 limit was in place for customers.
Meanwhile Fourstones Service Station said it also had both diesel and petrol. It was reporting no queues and no limits in place.
BP did not comment.
The Government has said shortages will probably last another week.
