A MAN has been charged with harassment.
At Newcastle Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday (September 29), the court heard Andrew Da Costa was charged with pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman, or which he ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her, between November 1, 2020 and June 14, 2021.
He allegedly visited the woman’s workplace, blew kisses, bought gifts, and gave her a letter.
Da Costa, of St Wilfrids Court, Hexham, will next appear at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court for a plea hearing on January 5, 2022.
