North Tyneside Magistrates Court
A man has been fined by magistrates after driving his Mercedes Benz over the speed limit.
Vincent Thomas Martin, 55, of Winfell Road, Darras Hall, Ponteland, pleaded guilty to the speeding charge before North Northumbria Magistrates' Court, sitting at North Tyneside Magistrates Court.
The court heard Martin was driving his Mercedes Benz on Barrack Road, Newcastle, on August 19, 2019.
He was driving at a speed which exceeded the 30mph limit.
As well as an £86 fine, his driving license was also endorsed with three points. Martin also has to pay a victim services surcharge of £34.
