A BUSINESS coaching company has set up a new base in a Tyne Valley town.

ActionCOACH, a leading name in business coaching, has created ActionCOACH Newcastle and has opened offices based in Hexham.

Designed to cover both Newcastle and also Northumberland, the new business has been set up by Paul Cook to help business owners in the region both help them grow and also help them meet their goals.

Mr Cook, who now lives in Northumberland and is originally from Jedburgh, has experience in project management and has set up the new business with the aim of helping firms in the North East.

“With 80 per cent of small businesses going out of business within the first five years, I am passionate to support local businesses who have recently re-opened after lockdown, businesses who have been open right through but who may be struggling to get back to where they were pre-lockdown, in addition to helping those who are looking to grow post Covid,” he said.

“We care about our clients and our objective is to help every business owner, large and small, to be successful, and in light of the current pandemic we are gifting two one-hour coaching sessions free of charge.”

He and ActionCOACH are hoping to work with businesses to also help owners gain more control of their time and to try and help them not work long hours, while also helping them become more efficient as well as helping them to enjoy owning a business more.

The company is also appealing to local charities in the area who perhaps currently can’t pay for their support and are hoping to help these organisations find more opportunities to help them both improve and also grow.

ActionCOACH is also currently running a series of free webinars that are designed for both people in the business industry as well as university students to be a part of.
