YET more planning applications have been submitted for one of the North-East’s hottest places to live.
Multiple applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council for development at Darras Hall, in Ponteland, the area in the North-East generally regarded as where the rich and the famous live.
The development of the area doesn’t look like slowing down any time soon with a further three applications for Darras Hall submitted in the past three weeks.
Emma Lawson is asking the county council for permission to build a single storey extension to extend the garage and form a new study/bedroom to the rear of her property at Longmeadows. The reference number is 21/01650/FUL.
Meanwhile, Chris Carlington and his wife are seeking retrospective planning permission for the construction of decking in their property on Collingwood Crescent. The reference number is 21/01655/FUL.
Also this week, Rita Lodhia has submitted an application to install a eight metre wooden pole 6.35m above ground level at Runnymede Road. The reference number is 21/02084/MISC.
