The Blenkinsopp Hall and Estate, near Haltwhistle, went on the market for the first time in 145 years last year.

The property has been bought by Julian and Hayley Silverwood and boasts nine houses, a farm, tennis courts, a walled garden, a lake, a clock tower,and stable block.
